This page explains what the Tareeq Alzuhoor Charity Inc. website collects from you, why, and who sees it. It was written to match what the site actually does rather than to read as a generic template.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies on your device when you browse it, and uses no Google Analytics and no tracking or advertising tools. Your information is never sold and never shared for marketing — not now, and not later without this page being updated first.
The only cookies the site uses belong to the charity team signing in to the admin panel. None are ever created for an ordinary visitor.
What we collect, and when
We collect nothing until you send a form yourself. At that point we keep what you wrote:
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Volunteer form: your name, email address, country, skills, and why you want to help.
- Donation form: your email address, the amount you chose, and where you directed it.
We also record the IP address the submission came from and the time it arrived. That has one purpose: stopping the forms being flooded by automated messages. It is not used to track you or to build a profile.
What we do not collect
The site collects no card or bank details of any kind. The donation page records an intention to give and emails you the transfer details — it processes no payment, asks for no card number, and passes none to anyone.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, which is why you wrote.
- To send an automatic confirmation containing a copy of your message, so you know it arrived.
- To assess volunteer and partnership enquiries.
- To protect the forms from repeated automated submissions.
Who sees it
Members of the charity team with access to the admin panel. The emails we send and receive pass through the email provider that runs info@tazcharity.org, and the site runs on a hosting provider's servers. We share your information with nobody else.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, then they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Write to info@tazcharity.org to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Every request gets an answer.
Children
This site is intended for adults who want to support our work. We do not ask for or knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we add an analytics tool, a payment gateway, or any new third party, this page will be updated before it goes live. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
